What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service position at Kingdom Canine?
We are looking for individuals to join our Customer Service Team. Ideal candidates have a high attention to detail, ability to operate in a task-oriented manner, and a 'get-it-done' demeanor. Team members are responsible for assisting customer by phone, email, text message, and in person by fielding questions and scheduling reservations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in scheduling/modifying appointments
- Explain services, pricing, and answer other questions for prospective and existing clients
- Timely communication with individuals through email, phone, sms, and through social media.
- Updating pet records in our systems as needed
- Checking in/out of clients' pets from utilize services
- Taking payment for services
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
