Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales growth and expanding market share. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, account management, Instagram, You tube, Facebook, Boat Trader and a strong understanding of technology sales. We currently sell the #1 deck boat in the country! We also have an excellent line of pontoon boats from value to luxury.
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and analyze data
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Lead outside sales efforts to engage with potential customers
- Negotiate entire vessel sale from Finance, Trade and MSRP
- Boat show location, vessel selection, display and promotions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in boats under 40'
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to drive results
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Captains License
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $42,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
