What are the responsibilities and job description for the Painter position at Kings Custom Finishes?
We are looking for a skilled Painter, and painter's helper to paint interior walls, ceilings, trim and the exterior of houses. Must have experience in new construction painting. Must be reliable as well as possess great attention to detail in completing their duties as well as following directions. The goal is to deliver high-quality painting work.
Responsibilities
- Mask and prepare houses for all phases of painting
- Prepare walls, trim and other surfaces for painting by using appropriate tools and materials
- Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material
- Paint surfaces according to instructions with various tools
Skills
- Proven experience as a painter
- Excellent knowledge of painting materials and procedures
- Solid knowledge of construction painting techniques
- Aptitude in using appropriate tools (pumps, brush and rollers, caulking guns etc.)
- Manual dexterity with excellent balance to work on ladders etc.
- Conscientious with great attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour
