We are looking for an Account Specialist for our Deland, FL office!

Essential Duties :

  • Supports Commercial and Operations teams while demonstrating actions representative of the customer centric experience
  • Assist with updating transactional records and reporting in Salesforce
  • Communicate with customers regarding issues such as order status, quotations, order changes and confirmations, as well as any questions or concerns to facilitate excellent customer relationships
  • Provide general written and verbal communications with internal stakeholders as well as external parties including customer contacts to enable successful project coordination.
  • Manage all Request for Quotes for specified Key Accounts, ensuring data accuracy and integrity within the Salesforce environment.
  • Price new quote requests based on the current customer price book, being mindful of market levels and increasing margins where possible.
  • Timely response to customer requests by coordinating information among manufacturing plants, the National Sales Director, and necessary cross-functional groups (credit / finance, procurement, IT etc.).
  • Submit and coordinate sample and literature requests for assigned accounts

Additional Compliance Responsibilities :

  • Follow the Group Code of Conduct and Group Compliance.
  • 4.1 Report compliance concerns, issues, and failures.
  • 4.2 Participate in training as required.

Education / Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales coordination, pricing, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Computer Skills :

Must be highly proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Outlook and proper utilization and organization of files / folders on a network.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Quick turn-around ability; very responsive
  • Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible team player with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
