IT Specialist

Specific Responsibilities:

• Identify company technology needs and make recommendations to business decision makers

• Evaluate the company’s adherence to federal & state technology security requirements

• Manage all aspects of the company’s IT profile

• Maintain company’s hardware & software programs

• Update company’s technological equipment as per necessary

• Implement company wide technology updates and hold sessions to teach employees on new features

• Ensure new hires have all required technology on site (admin) for their first day orientation (laptop, phone, email address)

• Travel to all business locations to monitor and address any IT issues

• Assist social media & SEO teams with marketing

• Additional duties as assigned

KIngsway Qualifications:

• Minimum of high school degree or equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred plus 2-3 years of experience in a related field

• Ability to work as a member of a management team.

• Knowledge of State and Federal Statutes regarding patient confidentiality laws.

• Knowledge of State guidelines and accreditation agency standards.

• To be Culturally Competent

• Knowledge of and experience working with all Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc

• Reliable transportation for traveling to Kingsway business locations

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related field

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
