The Store Manager -
- To ensure the store location is following company policies and procedures. To grow the store location by increasing car count by providing quality, quick service, and the highest level of customer service. Taking care of the customer is top priority.
- Responsible for training/mentoring the Assistant Store Manager to perform all functions of the Manager and develop all other employees through testing and training. Daily and weekly communication with Distract and Regional Managers.
- Responsible for inspecting premises for working equipment, facility appearance, inventory, and general maintenance concerns.
- Store Manager is also responsible for preparing work schedule, position assignments, and opening and closing procedures. Most importantly, they will be responsible for supervising all activities involved with operating the store location including but not limited to - daily paperwork, cash/credit card procedures, accurate and effective inventory, creates/updates/maintains employee files.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Reliable transportation to and from store location
- Ability to obtain State Issued Inspector's License
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
- Previous demonstrated management experience
- Pass a pre-employment background check
- Motivated, energetic, and customer-focused
- Meet physical activity requirements (job can be physically demanding)
