Job Description
KIOXIA America is looking for an experienced Sales Manager based in Seattle, WA to manage Hyperscale/Strategic Cloud accounts. This role requires the ability to evangelize KIOXIA’s NAND Flash Memory and SSD products to increase product penetration and grow revenue. Drive and manage account development strategy at both a tactical and strategic level while closely working with cross-functional teams within KIOXIA America.
Job Responsibilities:
- Position KIOXIA NAND and SSD products at key Hyperscale/Strategic accounts
- Collaborate with key decision makers to secure design wins for SSD and NAND qualification slots
- Create and align sales forecast, meet quarterly/yearly revenue and bit level targets.
- Conduct customer meetings to provide support, proactively address issues, communicate updates, and build strong relationships.
- Negotiate quarterly and annual business awards, including pricing and supply support.
- Evaluate/Negotiate contract agreements and documents, negotiating terms with the customer.
- Effectively communicate with cross functional groups regarding major market trends, customer strategies, and competitive activity.
Qualifications
- 8 years of sales experience in SSD, NAND components, Cloud market
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with customers and management
- Strong strategic and tactical planning/execution skills
- Extremely proactive, highly organized, with proven ability to manage multiple customers/tasks
- Highly results driven
- Periodic travel to Japan for business reviews
- MS Office proficiency
Education:
- BSEE or comparable engineering degree preferred
