Manage the special requirements for internal and external customers Manage Automation demo equipment including: inventory, in-coming and out-going shipments to our Sales team. Bridge departments by coordinating communication of customer needs Maintain databases Develop and maintain relationships across departments and vendors  Primary requirements include: College level coursework or 2 years relevant work experience Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and customer contact skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple tasks/priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent telephone etiquette Demonstrates computer skills and aptitude; Microsoft Office preferred with proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel Ability to perform and retain various skill related tasks, training, and operations Effectively sets priorities and meets deadlines Utilize all equipment related to area   Travel requirements: Occasional Travel Required   Does this sound like your idea of a great job?  If so, we have an opening for a Sales and Marketing Support   What’s the company culture like at Kirby Risk?
