What will I do as a Territory Sales Manager?
Develop and successfully implement an annual business plan, including sales goals
Ensure a time and territory management system that provides maximum productivity for direct reports
Assign accounts to salespeople as appropriate and evaluate their sales performance
Make sales calls to meet or exceed sales goals
Develop and maintain qualified relationships with Vendor partners and Contractors
Adequately staff the assigned sales area as well as provide feedback to staff members, including annual performance appraisals and appropriate wage increases
Work in close collaboration with branch managers and appropriate branch personnel with secondary responsibility for profitability within the assigned area
Demonstrate professionalism when representing the company in all communications with internal and external customers and vendors

Relevant work experience as an Account Manager, minimum 1 year
Be goal-oriented and self-directed, with excellent time management skills
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication (verbal/written) skills
Excellent attention to detail, as well as planning and organizational skills
Computer literacy: Microsoft Office required
Strong ability to handle multiple tasks/priorities
Proven management/supervisory experience
