Position Responsibilities
Landscaping crew leaders are the face of the company. Team members with this position perform the day-to-day tasks such as mulching, spring/fall clean-ups, shrub trimming, core aerating, landscape installations among other services for customers. Members with this position will typically manage a 2-4 person crew. Responsibilities also include: Operation, cleaning and basic maintenance of various power equipment, Maintaining a safe work environment, customer communications, driving company vehicles and more.
Compensation
$22.75 - $24.00 per hour. We also offer full medical benefits, paid vacation, paid holidays, weekly paychecks and more.

Position Requirements
- Pass background and drug screening.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- U.S. Citizen or obtain legal residency documentation.
- Willing & able to use outdoor power equipment.
- Proficient skid steer operating skills.
- Willing and able to lift objects and materials 50 lbs.
- Willing and able to work extended periods of standing, walking, bending and reaching.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn!
