Our sales consultants help to match the right customer to the right vehicle. The emphasis at our dealership is on customer service; not on selling. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to have a good time!

Excellent Benefits 

  • $2500 monthly base salary is always guaranteed (our salespeople are NOT on a commissioned-based compensation plan).  After achievement of any guaranteed amount additional per-car bonuses will be earned with no limits
  • Opportunity to earn additional quarterly bonuses every quarter
  • One Saturday off a month guaranteed - plus the possibility to earn a FULL weekend off every month connected to the guaranteed Saturday (Friday & Saturday).  For the first 3 months of employment, one weekend (Friday & Saturday) a month off is guaranteed.  That week is a 4-day work week.

Monday - 830-5
Tuesday - Off
Wednesday - 830-7
Thursday - 830 - 7
Friday - 830 - 6
Saturday - 830 - 5

    Responsibilities

    • Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
    • Be the vehicle expert. Know the ins & outs of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
    • Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
    • Follow-up with buyers to ensure the referral business.
    • Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
    • Direct report to the General Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
    • Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day

    Qualifications

    • Available to work flexible hours & Saturdays
    • Experience is preferred, but we will train the right applicant
    • Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs
    • Fantastic communication skills with your customers
    • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
    • Self-motivated
    • Organized
    • Excellent customer care.  Follow-up is crucial
    • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
    • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
    • Must complete the pre-screen survey
    • Must attach a current resume
