What to Expect When Servicing

Inbound and outbound lines for customersneeding Roadside Assistance set up status updates for existingcases and Partner escalations for VIP customers.

Manage cases / chats and properly complete alerts withinthe case; communicate with customers service providers and partnersto ensure such parties are kept up to date;

and release the caseonce the customer has been assisted.
