As an Accounting Specialist at Kiss Technologies, you’ll be a key member of our finance and administration team. Your main responsibilities will include creating accurate financial reports, recording accounts payable and receivable transactions, and assisting with payroll and key vendor relationships. The ideal candidate holds a degree in accounting or business administration and is familiar with accounting, payroll and inventory software packages like Quickbooks, ADP and Fishbowl Inventory.

Main Responsibilities
o Record day to day financial transactions timely and accurately
o Enter data, maintain records, verify accuracy, and create reports and financial statements
o Maintain favorable status with vendor accounts
o Assist with tasks in payroll, benefits management, purchasing and insurance
o Assist with the month-end financial close
Requirements
o Proven bookkeeping experience
o Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
o Hands-on experience with accounting software and spreadsheets
o Proficiency in English and in MS Office
o Basic understanding of inventory systems
o Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
o High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
o BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration desired
