-Train Servers (We have training guides)
- Greet seated guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Enter orders into the POS and handle cash transactions
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff and management to ensure timely delivery of food
- Monitor tables and provide attentive service throughout the dining experience
- Clear and clean tables, reset for the next guests
- Handle minimal guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other servers and restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience of 2 to 3 years in a similar role preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Basic math skills for calculating bills, making change, etc.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
