Job Overview:
We are seeking an Office Manager to join our team. This is a part-time, 8:30 am - 11:30 am, on-site role for an Office Manager at our beautiful showroom in Pittsford.
Duties:
- Answering phones (if no salespeople are in the showroom), and directing inquiries to the appropriate person
- Filing sales orders/jobs by scanning & uploading to QuickBooks
- Sending out invoices via email and/or regular mail
- General help in the showroom reordering design materials
- Administrative assistance, customer service, and office administration tasks
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Ensure smooth workflow and efficient processes
Experience:
- Knowledge of QuickBooks and G Suite (Google) office apps is helpful
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and experience as an Office Manager role is helpful
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Experience in the kitchen design or construction industry is a plus, but not necessary
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
