You will play a key role in developing and executing sales strategies that encompass all our lines of business. Additionally, you will implement and optimize tools and processes to facilitate and measure the sales process, ensuring our team is equipped to exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales strategies to expand market share in the retail technology sector, aligning with company goals and objectives.
- Lead Sales Team: Manage, mentor, and motivate a small, high-performing sales team, ensuring they meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in retail organizations, understanding their technology needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Measurable Sales Process: The ideal candidate will have experience building a sales process for a professional services firm, including tracking and success metrics.
