What You’ll Do
As a Wholesale Logistics Specialist at Kizik you will play a pivotal role in overseeing wholesale orders through the shipping and invoicing process.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of orders through the process of importing to fulfillment center, creating shipping labels, and invoicing shipped orders in a timely and efficient manner.
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with exceptional interpersonal skills, and a passion for driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating and Importing Wholesale Orders into the fulfillment center’s platform
- Creating labels in ShipStation and uploading into google doc for fulfillment center’s use
- Creating and scheduling LTL shipments according to customer’s routing guides
- Working directly with Kizik’s wholesale team regarding any order issues
- Working directly with Kizik’s fulfillment center for order needs and issues
- Invoicing shipped orders in NetSuite
What we’re looking for
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- A knowledge of Google docs, Sharepoint, Slack, and Outlook
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
