The Information Technology (IT) group at KLA is involved in every aspect of the global business. This integrated approach to customer service, creativity and technological excellence enables employee productivity, business analytics, and process excellence.- Analytics / Reporting analyst with main source of data is SAP CRM & ECC System. Analyst who will work closely with Service business to determine requirements and write functional specifications in an appropriate level of detail for new analytics and reporting requests. Strong experience in leading and conducting requirements gathering sessions with end customers. Provide a business process engineering perspective during design review for projects. Own and perform integration testing and manage User Testing and identify resulting gaps.
- Functional experience with SAP CRM or ECC, able to read tables and apply configuration changes.
- Good testing and troubleshooting acumen for reporting enhancements, projects and issues.
- Recommends new ideas and/or efficiency opportunities. Works on and coordinates multiple reporting deliverables and related projects independently and in a team environment.
- Documents all BKMs and provides support as needed. Experience in project roll-out in preparing test plans, training documents and conducting UAT
- Experience in project roll-out in preparing test plans, training documents conducting testing and facilitating user acceptance
- Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills required - skills required - high level English language communication skill, oral and written at peer and to senior level management. Demonstrated accomplishments under challenging situations and constraints.
Minimum Qualifications
Masters Level Degree with a least 3 years of experience in in the field of SAP and more in analytics or Bachelors Level Degree with at least 4 years of experience in the field of SAP and more in analytics.
- Masters Degree or higher in Math, Computer Science or equivalent
- BI Reporting experience as Advanced user of SAP HANA, BW, MS PowerBI, Power Query, MS Excel VBA & Macro programming is preferred
