What are the responsibilities and job description for the Daytime Custodian II -8 hrs. - Ponderosa Middle School position at KLAMATH FALLS CITY SCHOOLS?
FUNCTION:
To assist in the maintenance and keeping the building and grounds in a condition of operational excellence, cleanliness and safety so full educational use is always available.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Complete the cleaning schedule for the areas assigned within the appropriate amount of time.
- Assist with necessary building maintenance and grounds maintenance as assigned by the Head Custodian.
- Use equipment in the building as needed (buffers, mowers, etc.).
- Assist with set up for extracurricular activities (assemblies and other programs).
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must adhere to District COVID-19 Requirements.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Must adhere to District COVID requirements.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
COMPENSATION:
$15.83 per hour/ 260 Days
