-Brand Spanking New Facility and operation
-Start at $17, $18 or $18.85 based on shift
-NO experience is required
-15 minutes on site walk-through on Tuesday & Wednesday, 10am or 3pm every week.
-First two-day training, is paid
-Healthcare after 60 days
-Paid Tome Off after 90 days
-Overtime available
-Flexible schedule, 5 days (2 shifts 1st & 2nd) or 4 days a week (2 days on 1st, 2 days on 2nd), all 10 hours
POSITION PURPOSE
The purpose of Weld Production Operator is to load component parts into automated assembly cells in an efficient manner to support the production of customer parts. The Team Member will record production in the reporting system (Plex) and provide timely notification to the production or maintenance supervisor production issues with the work center. In addition to completing the part loading requirements, Weld Production Operators will be required to complete the necessary quality checks and part packing as prescribed in the work center instructions.
- May be required to load, unload, lift, move, pull, push, or position products and materials weighing up to 35 pounds, occasionally weighing more (assistance given with heavier objects by work partners), throughout assigned work center
- May be required to work up to 12 hours per day including weekend (overtime and double time as applicable)
