Klaus Larsen Roofing is looking for a highly motivated and career-minded Coach and Sales Manager to join our team. We have been in business for over 20 years, specializing in asphalt roof installation, roof repair, gutter installations, and exterior home improvements; while providing excellent service to all of our customers.

Reports to: General Manager
How You Will Contribute:
- The Sales Manager oversees, coaches, and drives the sales force to ensure the achievement of revenue and growth plans for Klaus Larsen Roofing.
- Sales Manager will develop and deliver weekly, monthly, and annual Sales Plans and is responsible for all activities related to generating and achieving.
- Address and resolve any customer issues related to sales appointments.
- Put together and run a high-value weekly sales meeting to drive performance and achieve sales plans. Support team daily with breakout meetings as needed.
- Maintain minimum company Average Dollar Per Lead (ADL) of $3,000.
- Work in collaboration with appointment center to ensure proper lead assignment based on rep performance to hit sales goals.
- Support production department by delivering installable clean business. Work with reps to resolve any outstanding contract issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct a minimum of 5 field rides per week along with written coaching documentation delivered to rep and company supporting sales process.
- Maintain Proper Inventory of sales samples and tools needed to support sale representatives.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
