Job Description
As a Group Account Director at Klick, you’ll be a key collaborator with our VP Group Account Director, assuming a prominent leadership role within our Client Service team. Your mission is to be the driving force in understanding our clients intricate marketing needs, identifying untapped business opportunities, and spearheading innovative solutions that propel them toward success. In your leadership capacity, you’ll not only be a strategic thinker but also take financial responsibility for your assigned client(s) and brand(s), showcasing your prowess in crafting a roadmap for success. \n- Manage overall portfolio/group of accounts, driving overall client success
- Ability to develop and manage a team of high-performing client service professionals
- Strong financial acumen, inclusive of forecasting and budget/staff planning Manage project execution to ensure processes are being followed and that projects comply with regulatory requirements
- Manage tight deadlines and exceed client expectations with attention to detail and flawless execution
- Review and manage project budgets under your direction to success Lead cross-functional teams in delivering programs
- Be action and solution-oriented at all times
- Ensure all communications reflect the Klick Health standards and assist in developing a positive client experience
- Understand the client’s business, industry, competitors, key drivers, environment, etc
- Relentlessly work to identify opportunities to bring value to our client’s businesses
- Articulate client’s brand objectives and ensure they are incorporated into recommendations
- Contribute to the development of the account plan for each client
- 10 years client services experience in the advertising industry
- 5 Years pharmaceutical/healthcare advertising experience
- Comfortable managing 6M in scope of business
- Experience working with multiple clients and brands or managing one large piece of business
- Experience building relationships with multiple clients at the Director/Sr. Director level
- Proven ability to grow client businessIdentifying client business objectives and account planning
- Setup, lead, and run client meetings, provide follow-up and recap notes
- In partnership with Project Management, review and create scopes of work
- Client Feedback: Gaining clarity on changes/markups and communicating back to internal teams effectively.
- Strong presentation and communication skills is a must
- An understanding of marketing communications and regulations of the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry in the US
- University degree is required, MBA preferred
- Travel: As needed travel to clients, mainly in the US and Canada
- Valid passport is required
- Hybrid work environment, two days a week in office required
