Position Purpose
Provide administrative support in a timely and accurate manner.
Essential Functions
* Perform all administrative functions to support the company, which includes but is not limited to receptionist duties, handling incoming and outgoing mail, using email and intranet systems, knowledge of facility operations, maintenance procedures, general office safety
* Provide customer service to clients, guests, employees and vendors
* Utilize effective written and oral communication
* Provide customer service for the front desk and back-up administrative support to the company as needed
Responsibilities
* Receptionist duties
* Travel coordination, use Concur system to assist with filling travel requests
* Facilitate catering requests
* Office related or equipment service calls, maintenance requests
* Fleet vehicles, assist with requests and other fleet coordination
* Coding accounts payables, and asset tracking
* May assist with coordinating of internal and external events
* Ordering and maintaining supplies, equipment checkout, inventory and facility coordination
* Maintain and or prepare office administrative documentation, ex. candidate interview folder, office procedures manual, office specific procedures manual
* Notary services
* Process incoming and outgoing documents, mail, UPS and FedEx
Qualifications
* Associates degree in a related field is required. Applicable experience may be substituted in lieu of formal education
* Driver's license is required
* Microsoft Office Suite basic skills are required
Preferences:
* Notary Public license
Hours and Travel
This position requires the individual work 40 hours per week with 95% of time spent in the office and 5% out of the office.
