The ideal Account Manager will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.
Responsibilities of the Account Manager
- Developing sales strategies
- Creating relationships with customers
- Present product information
- Following up with potential customers
- Collaborating with sales executives
- Demonstrate ability to identify and overcome sales obstacles
- Demonstrate strategic thinking and innovation
- Effectively maintains and retains existing customers
- Respond to all cancellation requests
- Go above and beyond to understand customer needs and then exceed their expectations
Qualifications of the Account Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field. (Preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. (Required)
- Valid driver’s license. (Required)
- Basic Microsoft Office Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to improvise and build relationships with customers
