Human Resources Manager-Part Time (15-20 hours)

Lewiston, Maine
Riverside Eye Center is seeking a Part Time Human Resources Manager, to be based in the Lewiston, Maine Office.
\n- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5-7 years' experience in human resources
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Lewiston, Maine with occasional travel to Norway, Maine.
- Hourly pay in the range of $37-$42 based on experience.

- Plans and conducts new employee orientations to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives that support the retention of new hires.
- Makes recommendations for hiring, recognitions, promotions and reclassifications.
- Makes recommendations and supports plans for staff training and professional development.
- Manages understaffing, disputes, discipline, and termination.
- Supports management with the communication of organizational changes and updates.
- Maintains records concerning personnel-related data as needed.
- Conducts exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination.
