Due to continued and projected growth, we are currently seeking a dedicated Valuation Analyst with 3-7 years of experience, or more. This position is responsible for appraising and providing valuation services including analysis, risks, costs, and expenses using a variety of metrics. Ongoing career development and training are provided.

Your Keys to Success Are
- Perform and present valuation analysis for assigned projects
- Design, improve, and implement valuation models, incorporating industry changes
- Assist in developing proposals, reviews, and presentations
- Gather data through client consultations, site visits, and industry, market, and competitor research
You’ll Meet the Following Qualifications
- CVA or ABV certification is required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related position
- Demonstrated skills in the area of communication, relationship building, personal development, collaboration, and problem solving, along with initiative and adaptability.
