KME CNC is looking for a part time assistant to the Sales Operations Manager. A majority of time spent on digital marketing and social media activities, with some administrative duties.
This position requires a fast-paced individual who can multi-task with ease and is willing to learn while providing administrative support to the Sales Operations Manager. This role calls for an effective communicator, highly organized, and naturally optimistic professional. This person should have a passion for marketing, and specifically be passionate about doing great work in digital and social media marketing.
Position Requirements:
Deep knowledge of social media is a must, including managing the account, running ads effectively to maximize engagement, using multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate that they are active on social media platforms.
- Organization, Administration, and Research skills necessary
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products(Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Working knowledge of digital media and marketing such as Google, YouTube and various social media
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
- Experience with QuickBooks is helpful
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Position Responsibilities:
- Maintain contact lists/e-mail marketing
- Strong Excel skills and Computer skills
- Content creator - All aspects of planning, photography, video, and planning aspects of posts and stories
- Take calls from current clients
- Research products for clients
- Communicate with vendors to fulfill client orders
- Track orders to fulfillment
- Marketing for the company through various professional and social media outlets
- QuickBooks data entry
- Gather information on potential clients
20-30Hours per week
Monday – Friday
$18 - $20 per hour based on experience
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
