RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct various meetings via MS Teams
- Capture meeting minutes, action items, and other relevant information during scheduled and ad-hoc meetings
- Attend ad-hoc meetings ("Flux Meetings") when necessary
- Organize meeting notes according to meeting topics, dates, and attendees
- Take detailed notes during proceedings (i.e., key points, discussions, and decisions)
- Ensure notes are clear, organized, and formatted appropriately for easy reference
- Archive and maintain an organized record of meeting notes for future reference or auditing purposes
- Identify and highlight important deadlines, milestones, or follow-up tasks mentioned during the session
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information discussed during the meeting
- Review and revise notes as needed for accuracy and completeness
- Distribute meeting minutes or notes to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members or stakeholders to ensure alignment and accuracy of notes
- Stay attentive and engaged throughout the meeting to capture all relevant information accurately
- Adapt note-taking style and format to meet the specific needs or preferences of the audience or organization
- Proficient in MS Teams
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Progressive and relevant experience
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
