Job Description
We need senior members who can independently run P1/P2 triage bridges with the goal or reducing MTTR. This is a 24 X 7 role.The candidates will have to go through client interview. Please find below the high level JD
- Very knowledgeable in incident management process and tools. Good to have knowledge on all ITSM processes.
- Should have good understanding of latest technologies like Cloud computing, K8s, VMs and applications etc
- Telecom domain background and able to understand processes
- Able to understand technical aspects, architecture and functionality of applications involved in the triage
- Very good communication which should be assertive
- Should be capable of handling “C” levels, SVP levels in the calls
- Capable of triaging with multiple teams in the call
- Ensure the closure of triage successfully with good summary of the incident
- Should be capable of handling teams across onshore, nearshore and offshore locations
- Should be prepared to login to the call within 10 minutes when the triage starts
