What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Executive position at Knight Barry Title?
Knight Barry Title is hiring! We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Account Executive in the Eau Claire & Chippewa Falls market.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish and conduct sales and marketing programs to increase local market share.
- Educate prospective and existing customers about our business solutions.
- Maintain existing customer relationships.
- Network at association meetings and other appropriate social functions.
- Market company services using marketing materials and suitable promotional items and by taking orders for title insurance and other services.
- Provide timely, accurate, and competitive pricing for potential orders.
- Monitor activities and expenses periodically.
- Act as a liaison between the Company’s Accounts Receivable Department and the customer in regards to unpaid invoices.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong title, real estate, or lending background required.
- Familiar with current marketing and advertising trends.
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and by telephone with all levels of the organization and with external customers.
- Ability to positively represent the company.
- Demonstrated negotiating and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field, with two or more years of successful sales experience, preferably in a real estate or financial services organization, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to pass the State title licensing exam, or license required.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Valid driver’s license for day travel in Wisconsin required. Mileage reimbursement available.
- Would be expected to become a notary to have the ability to conduct closings.
