We are seeking a Service Manager for our Grand Rapids, MI office.
Who You Are:

What You Are Accountable For:
- Provides off-site support and troubleshooting of security/life safety systems and fire alarm systems
- Schedules Service/Installation Technicians to visit job sites
- Documents all service calls and work orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Manages the shipping and receiving of parts and equipment
- Decides the priority of service calls based on importance/urgency and resources available
- Communicates with customers to ensure their needs are met and their systems are functioning properly
- Order parts from manufacturers based on job requirements
