Job Overview:
We are looking for a Digital/CRM Marketing Specialist to develop and execute digital content that supports the objectives of Knowles Precision Devices. This includes web content and website maintenance, search engine marketing, search engine optimization, and CRM / lead management. This position will be responsible for accelerating the digital growth of the Knowles Precision Devices brand to drive awareness and sales, and support the customer journey.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain and optimize the website, devising new ways of driving traffic and increasing performance.
- Devise and implement search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) strategies.
- Provide monthly analytic reports with recommendations specific to driving and optimizing traffic, behavior, campaign response, keyword research/analysis, SEO, and SEM.
- Use Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant digital marketing tools.
- Stay abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies when possible.
- Work with the marketing team to develop content for the website, banners, and promotions.
- Develop and manage efficient procedures, standards and workflows for Salesforce.com.
- Assists in developing lead scoring criteria within salesforce.com to validate a lead’s quality.
- Uploads lead information into Salesforce.com in a timely manner.
- Provides system recommendations, automates tasks, gains alignment and implements solutions.
- Serves as an expert user of Sitefinity, Salesforce.com, and Pardot.
- Train and support staff on the use of marketing technology systems.
- Drives completeness and accuracy of Salesforce.com data.
- Ability to resolve technical CRM issues, including customization requests.
- Creates lead nurture campaigns that will funnel prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Facilitate the use of CRM software to improve the efforts of sales and marketing.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
- Produces regular reports and dashboards to show progress on pipeline, awareness and events.
- Continuously work to find new ways to achieve greater results and improve efficiencies.
- Ongoing analysis of competitive landscape and digital marketing trends to inform digital marketing strategies.
- Other duties and project as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in a digital marketing role.
- Must be able to handle and prioritize a wide variety of work in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication skills including written, verbal and multi-media.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, trends, strategies and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience defining and adjusting digital marketing plans and/or strategies based on analytic results.
- Highly proficient in Google Analytics, Salesforce.com and Sitefinity; Hubspot experience a plus.
- Deep understanding of digital KPIs, including Google Analytics.
- Proficiency with different social media platforms, including Linkedin and Facebook, a plus.
- Problem-solver, highly motivated, and can work independently.
- Detailed oriented, organized and efficient.
- Team player; ability to work well and be flexible within marketing team and other departments.
- Excellent eye for detail.
- Superb project and time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Technical aptitude to learn new software quickly.
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS a plus.
- The ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office suite, with an emphasis on excellent Outlook, Word, and Excel skills.
