Knueve and Sons is a family owned business that's been providing service to the Kalida, Paulding, and Findlay areas for 50 years. We specialize in residential and commercial heating, air conditioning, plumbing services, bathroom remodels, and water treatment systems.
We are looking for an Office Admin/Front Desk who enjoys doing a varied scope of work. If you love a dynamic working environment, and enjoy multi-tasking, this job is for you. The main job duties include servicing our walk in customers, answering phones, billing/filing, accounts receivables, assisting with dispatching, checking in equipment, and other office duties as needed. Work Hours: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm, Monday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Tuesday through Friday, plus five-week rotation Saturday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
Pay Range: $14 - $15 per hour DOE Spiffs Benefits

Position Summary: To process the company invoices for installation and service customers while ensuring timely and accurate billing. Assist in collections process and resolve customer billing questions or inquiries. Responsible for handling customer calls and routing to the appropriate department or paging personnel, as necessary. To give office support to the entire company as needed using a variety of computer and organizational skills. Other accounting support as directed by the Office Manager. Ensure that each customer contact is initiated in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner whether in person or on the phone. Greet all visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service skills with strong follow up skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal/written)
- Strong interpersonal skills and energetic personality
- Self-starter, fast learner, and ability to work independently
- Well organized and possess strong time management abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Experience with multiline phone system and professional phone skills
- Computer skills (proficiency with MS Word & Excel)
- Enjoys data and has data entry experience
- Conduct self in professional manner at all times
- Ability to work flexible schedule that will include some Saturday mornings
Desired Qualifications:
- QuickBooks skills
- Two years related experienced is plus
- Experience in HVAC, plumbing or construction trade is a plus
