Location : Onsite AddisonIL

Schedule : Monday Friday with occasional weekends and evening events. Fulltimehours.

Salary : $50000$70000 Competitive commissionplans.

TheMarketing & Sales Representative will be responsible fordriving marketingcampaigns overseeing the client database and maintaining an activepresence at local and regionalevents including trade shows.

A successful applicant will be a high performer who takesownership and finds value in providing superior serviceto ourclientele .

PrimaryJob Responsibilities :

• Understandthe competitive advantage of ourbrands and gainthe ability to effectively educate clients and customers about anexpansive range of businessofferings.
• Buildmaintain and strengthen client relationships with interritory contacts and seekto develop new prospects and leads to ensure revenuegrowth.
• Successfullyconvert open leads and referrals provided by internalparties.
• Travelto client and prospect sites throughout the assigned territory tonetwork and manageaccounts.
• Provideand communicate clear and accurate pretesting scoping of servicesand jobestimates.
• Monitorand follow up on assigned or scheduled jobs to ensure that customerneeds aremet.
• Participatein internal sales meetings to ensure revenue goals are on target.
• Preparebusiness development plans based on past performance and growthobjectives to meet and / or exceed planned revenue and activitygoals.
• Developmarketing initiatives and budget to create an annual spendingplan.
• Organizeevents as a means of executing on set business developmentgoals.
• Performcomparative analyses of revenue collection and activities metricsagainst establishedgoals.

Knowledge SkillsAbilities :

• TheSales Representative must be detailoriented and possess strongorganizational and communication skills along with the ability towork effectively with all levels of personnel within theorganization.
• Thoroughworking knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity withSalesforce or similar platformrequired.
• Strongprocess and results drivenattitude.
• Abilityto adapt and work with prospects needing a variety of servicesacross a number of different industries.

MinimumJob Requirements :

• Highschool diploma or equivalent required; college degree or somecourseworkpreferred.
• Aminimum of four to five years of direct salesexperience.
• Abilityto successfully pass a background check and drugscreen.
• Validdriver s license with a clean driving record.
