About the team and what we’ll build together
The key role of Business Development is to drive the company’s growth through bringing on new clients into our portfolio. We also support the retention and growth of existing clients through our Business Development Solutions team. At Kobie, Business Development is a team sport and through our teammate collaboration, we bring our A game every time!
How you will make an impact
- Work hand-in-hand with Business Development and sales functions to manage and enable key aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, proposal, pitch, and final contracting.
- Craft high-quality content and proposal materials that will best position our brand to stand out from our competitors.
- Manage the RFP/proposal process, which includes engaging and compiling information from cross-vertical subject matter experts, sales staff, and Executive Leadership.
- Be responsible for ensuring optimal RFP process standardization, management, and adoption.
- Research and create business cases for sales enablement tools.
- Be highly communicative and work with team members to ensure alignment of long- and short-term company goals
- Manage the RFP content repository
- Manage, refine, and evolve sales materials with reusable product marketing content
- Manage and prioritize multiple proposals and projects occurring simultaneously
- Analyze and enable sales pipeline metrics for Kobie leadership

- Knowledge and experience of sales cycle, from proposal to contracting
- Understanding of sales initiatives across multiple verticals (including retail, finance, and travel/hospitality
- Hungry to learn
- Work well under pressure and within aggressive timelines
- Background and understanding of marketing technology and/or services
- Preferred knowledge of customer loyalty marketing, loyalty programs and metrics
- 5 years’ work experience in a corporate marketing or sales enablement role.
- Agency (technology, marketing, CRM or database marketing) experience, with a focus in marketing, sales solutions/enablement, and loyalty preferred.
- Retail, finance, or travel & hospitality experience
- Experience writing and crafting end-to-end proposal/sales/marketing materials.
- Bachelor’s degree is required

Salary : $35,000 - $55,000
