Koch Separation Solutions is seeking a Maintenance & Reliability Ops Planner to join their team. This role in accordance with the facilities & maintenance needs, maintain up to date LOTO, preventive maintenance and corrective work procedures in the computerized maintenance management system. You will support continuous improvement of the facilities & maintenance work group results by making steady improvements to the content and application of the CMMS system.

This role will work Monday - Friday from 7:00AM-3:30PM

What You Will Do
- Maintain a level of proficiency with the CMMS software to be able to act as consultant on operation of the program on an as requested basis.
- Interact with all incoming vendors.
- Inform maintenance of any problems concerning the building or equipment when employees come to facilities area looking for assistance.
- Open Maintenance work orders, order parts and check status.
- Keep track of Vendor costs, repairs, and inspection reports on equipment in CMMS.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Working in customer interactive work environment.
- 2 years' experience with work order or similar systems.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office.
What Will Put You Ahead
- * Prior experience in a customer service position.
- * Experience with varied manufacturing software (MRP, Purchasing, etc....)
- * Proven organization skills.
