Flint Hills Resources Field Services Team in Corpus Christi, Texas, is looking for a Design Supervisor who will provide design support for project capability to advance the FHR Vision and increase business value creation.

What You Will Do
- Expected to provide oversight and approval of the deliverables from the engineering contractor. This will require active involvement with the engineering contractor to answer specific engineering development questions and follow up on and help resolve design issues.
- Expected to coordinate with stakeholders related to site expense and capital design projects for all design disciplines.
- Expected to own and manage refinery drawing records. This will include ensuring drawing records are stored properly, maintained accurately, and managed over the life of the document.
- Periods of travel to support project execution (FHR sites, engineering contractors, etc.)
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- 7 years of design experience
- Experience working in a petrochemical process manufacturing environment where responsibilities involved Operations, Maintenance, or Engineering
What Will Put You Ahead
- Multiple design discipline experience
- Working knowledge of all types of drawings
- Familiarity with working contract staffing
