Description
KGS HR Solutions is seeking qualified candidates for a Transitions Lead role to be a part of our growing, global capability. Through strong partnerships with Business HR and our internal HR capabilities, the Transitions Lead will further advance Koch’s HR operating model by developing and executing on mutually beneficial strategies to onboard HR work from Koch companies into HR solutions where we are advantaged. They will also collaborate with our global HRS capability leaders to challenge the services we offer today and the onboarding of new services through leveraging our global service catalog. The ongoing health and maintenance of our global service catalog will be owned by the Transitions Lead.
What You Will Do In Your Role
- Identify opportunities, help solve complex business challenges, and drive transformation initiatives through collaborative discovery; identifying / mitigating risks; and helping to define solutions in partnership with our customers and internal global capabilities.
- Partner closely with our regional teams, global capabilities, and customers to oversee and strategically care for our global transition roadmap, while understanding strategies, headwinds, and tailwinds that may impact transitions.
- Effectively and respectfully challenge teams, processes, and historical paradigms to drive innovation.
- Build collaborative and trusted relationships.
- Drive consistent collaboration across our regional teams and capabilities to effectively care for the ongoing health and advancement of our global HR service catalog.
- Build the global service catalog to be an effective tool for customer and internal communications regarding HR services.
- Transform the delivery of HR services through building a cohesive global transition strategy to effectively meet current and future needs of the customer while delivering gains to the business.
- Partner closely across the HRS and Finance capabilities to create greater transparency into the adoption of our services and our billing model.

Requirements:
- Experience in a fast-paced global environment managing multiple, often competing, priorities.
- Experience applying economic thinking and customer focus to develop effective strategies, and experience translating those strategies into actionable plans.
- Strong track-record demonstrating versatility, leadership, value creation, and empathy.
- Experience partnering with diverse teams and leaders to develop virtuous cycles of mutual benefit through problem solving, application of the Five Dimensions, and respectful challenge.
- Experience influencing through relationships without necessarily owning the decision rights.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience in a business-related role (HR, accounting, finance, IT, credit, risk, sales, marketing, supply chain/logistics, engineering, etc.) collaborating across teams and varying levels in the organization, building relationships, tracking results, and capturing value.
- Experience transitioning work amongst teams or through a BPO model.
- Experience researching, troubleshooting and resolving customer challenges.
- Experience working in a shared services organization supporting multiple business and customers with focus on relationship management and service delivery.
