Description
Our Molex location in Lincoln, Nebraska is seeking an Assembly Maintenance Supervisor to manage, plan, monitor and update an effective & efficient maintenance program to ensure the reliability of the machine, equipment, and annual budget. Leads the transformation of Assembly from reactive to proactive model.
What You Will Do In Your Role
- Lead Assembly Maintenance Department in efforts to optimize equipment efficiencies and reliability.
- Seek out and evaluate new Assembly equipment that will enhance safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity.
- Evaluate and coordinate implementation of cost reduction suggestions.
- Track and quantify equipment improvements.
- Interact with Engineering on production concepts to better achieve productivity goals.
- Involvement in team activities that promotes improvements in Assembly process.
- Participate in Process Design Reviews and FMEA’s.
- Maintain a safe work environment and good housekeeping practices
- Actively lead Assembly TPM activities
The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a project/team lead or supervisory role
- Experience with high speed automated assembly
- Exposure to a TPM (Total Production Maintenance) methodology
What Will Put You Ahead
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or technical related field
- 5 years experience in supervisory role
