Process Equipment Rental Business Leader
Located in Houston, Tulsa or Wichita
Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) is seeking a Business Leader for our Process Equipment Rental business.
Main responsibilities will include driving profitable growth of this business and oversight of the operational capabilities aligned to the KES vision. This business group traditionally provides rental equipment from our fleet of process, vapor combustion and emission control equipment to refining, petrochemical, downstream and adjacent industrial users in the Americas. Additional responsibilities will include leadership of our Air Source Testing business in the Americas.
Preferred locations are Tulsa, Oklahoma, Houston, Texas, and Wichita, Kansas.

What You Will Do In Your Role
- Lead Principle Based Management culture development for your teams.
- Drive commercial activities and profitable growth of John Zink’s process equipment rental business.
- Develop rental fleet management analytics and assess new process equipment rental markets.
- Drive commercial activities and profitable growth of John Zink’s Air Source Testing business.
- Originate and develop transformative strategies for innovation of these businesses aligned to the KES vision that results in profitable growth of the businesses.
- Support and lead Rental and Air Source Testing teams with strategic hiring and skills development for the team.
- Develop and update market Points of View that will be used to guide future investment decisions.
- Collaborate with John Zink and KSPS commercial groups as well as end users to identify and close appropriate opportunities for new service business.
The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:
- Commercial and business development capabilities in refining, petrochemical, utility and/or another adjacent industrial field
- Previous work experience in a Supervisory/Leadership role
- Able to travel approximately 25% or as needed to accomplish goals.
