Description
Molex is seeking a Sales Enablement & Learning Consultant to join our team. This role will report directly to the Sales Enablement Manager and will design and develop training modules across various modalities including Technology Based Trainings (TBT), Virtual Led Trainings (VLT), and Instructor Led Trainings (ILT). This role will work closely with the global Molex Sales Force and Distributors using Adult Learning Principles and will also complete special projects as assigned.

What You Will Do In Your Role
- Identify and prioritize training needs for Molex Global Sales & Marketing and our distributors
- Design and develop training programs across various modalities that meet the needs of Molex GSM and our distributors including redesigning courses and developing new courses or curriculums
- Conduct skill gap analysis and evaluate course feedback and adjust
- Create high quality professional training materials and reference tools by gathering information from various Subject Matter Experts (including, but not limited to, Product Managers, Strategic Marketing, Business Unit Leaders, Mergers & Acquisitions Team, and Global Training Team members) and resource files
- Update existing training materials to incorporate new, modified, or expanded product offerings, capabilities, or acquisitions
- Continuously look for ways to improve, streamline and/or adopt best practices to positively impact the experience of participants and team members
- As requested by the Sales Enablement Manager, develop plans that are clear and attainable (including milestones, tracking budget, deliverables, and communication plan) for assigned special projects
- Establish and maintain effective and productive work relationships and vendor providers

Requirements:
- Experience in Instructional Design
- Experience working with a geographically diverse team
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- Ability to lift to 30lbs

What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience with eLearning technology (Ex: Articulate Storyline, Brainshark)
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Communication, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field
- Experience working with Molex products
- Experience in the interconnect industry
- Training, teaching, or instructional experience
- Global travel experience and cultural exposure
