Byrider of Wausau is looking for an Office/Accounting Assistant to join the team. This person would be responsible for greeting the customers, data entry functions and vehicle title information while executing all office procedures.
If you are exceptional at customer service, administrative tasks and organization this role is for you!
The accounting tasks would include:
- Deposit
- Bank reconciliation
- Accounts payable
Other tasks that the office assistant will handle:
- Office filing
- Checking in vehicles
- Pulling deals apart
- Processing DMV paperwork
- Processing lien payoffs
- Store supply orders
- Answering phones
- Taking payments
- Assist CNAC where needed
- Other tasks as needed
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30-5 pm
