Summary: Kodi Collective Marketing Execution Services is looking for an experienced Account Specialist to join our team. This role sits remote reporting to our Customer Service Supervisor. As an Account Specialist at Kodi Collective you will provide a world class customer experience for all internal and external customers including on-boarding new clients, day-to-day problem solving, and renewing contracts. You will be a valued member of an Account Specialist team that is dynamic, collaborative and in constant pursuit of best practices to improve the effectiveness of the team and the satisfaction of Kodi’s customers.
No two customers are the same, but Kodi’s Account Specialist team follows a proven set of guidelines and procedures toward a common outcome – world class customer satisfaction. Accounts are assigned based on the experience, regional proximity, and bandwidth of the Account Specialist.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Kodi’s in-plant Account Planners to maintain a clear understanding of each customer’s expectations for quality, schedule, and delivery.
- Collaborate with Kodi’s Pricing department to generate quotes to support each customer’s budget evaluation.
- Regular interface with Kodi’s CRM system to keep a current and accurate record of each customer’s experience with Kodi.
- Collaborate with Kodi’s Sales Representatives to welcome new customers and facilitate the on-boarding process.
- Partner with Subject Matter Experts from Kodi’s digital, sourcing, creative, and marketing services teams to cross sell these value added services.
- Assist is resolving quality issues
- Review billing summaries and follow up on billing inquiries
- Participate in bi-weekly Account Specialist team calls to enhance the effectiveness of the Kodi Account Specialist team.
- 5-10 years of combined experience in account management and/or customer service
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficient in written and oral communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Experience with a CRM system (preferably HubSpot)
- Knowledge of graphic arts & printing is preferred, but not necessary.
- Enthusiasm, positivity, and a team spirit
