QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with multiple business partners, at various levels within the organization
- Proven success with Winning Teams through growth and development of internal talent
- Demonstrated ability to Drive Results through partnerships to achieve high level results
- Possess significant retail business Acumen with specific strengths related to: merchandising presentation, merchandising assortments, store operations and competitive analysis
PREFERRED
- Bachelor's Degree in related discipline
- 8-10 years progressive retail experience
- Minimum 3-5 years store management experience in a high volume, big box environment
- 2-5 years successful multi-unit leadership experience
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability for daytime travel of up to 80% of the time
- Some overnight travel required: approx. 30% of the time
Pay Range: $149,700.00 - $250,000.00
