General Manager
We are looking for a General Manager to lead all aspects of our business. Beginning by ensuring delivery of high-quality Hawaiian food and motivating your team to provide excellent guest experiences.
To be successful in this role, management skills and experience in either QSR or Fast Casual dining is needed. Must have the ability and understanding of COGS control, labor and scheduling. GM's strive that all guests experiences are best in class. Operate a clean environment for both team members and guests. GM's must be able to read and execute a recipe, as all our food is made in house, from scratch.
As the foundation to our Ohana, you will lead by example and uplift your team during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining experiences.
Restaurant General Manager responsibilities include:
- Coordinating daily restaurant management operations
- Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing guest satisfaction
- Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant guest feedback.
- Coaching team members, assistant managers and shift leads to produce optimal outcomes.
- COGS control including placing food orders, receiving orders, daily accountability tracking, weekly and monthly inventories with full accountability to these processes.
- Labor control including schedule writing, recruiting and retention.
- Must have a good understanding of how to read and analyze a P&L.
- Appraise staff performance and give constant feedback.
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
- Must be able to run a clean and efficient restaurant. Must meet all health code/ health department requirements including being serve safe certified or have the ability to obtain certification within 60 days of employment.
- Enforce all brand policies with purpose.
- Lead LRM initiatives including community engagement and consistently being the brand ambassador to your restaurant.
- Must have good decision-making skills.

Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role
- Proven customer service experience as a manager
- Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and team members
- Familiarity with restaurant management software.
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
- High level financial management skills
