Job Description and Responsibilities
- Responsible for performing administrative functions within the organization.
- Provides administrative support to the HR team.
- Greets applicants, employees, volunteers, and other visitors. Provides information to applicants relating to employment opportunities, paperwork, ID badges, benefits information, parking and other related Human Resources information.
- Completes employment verification forms and types various correspondence relating to employment matters.
- Files and maintains employee paperwork.
- Ensuring all information and systems are updated timely and accurately.
- Processing all new hire paperwork, completing I-9 verifications, meeting with new employees to explain internal systems and processes, and supporting hiring managers from onboarding to offboarding.
- Maintenance and reconciliation of data across all HR systems, personnel files, and all other systems that include employee information.
- Updating employee information in organizational charts, publications, and directories.
- Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-2 years of human resources experience preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with a creative and diverse group of people and as part of a team
- Discretion with confidential information
- Excellent organizational, customer service, and verbal and written communications skills
- Fluency in Korean preferred
