Position Overview:
As a Staff Accountant, you'll support financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements in line with GAAP.
- General Ledger: Maintain and reconcile accounts for accuracy.
- Accounts: Manage payables, receivables, and assist in budgeting.
- Cost Accounting: Track project costs, analyze variances, and provide updates.
- Financial Analysis: Support strategic decisions through analysis.
- Compliance: Ensure regulatory compliance and assist in audits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA preferred but not required.
- 2 years' accounting experience, construction preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
