As trusted business advisors, the team is responsible for the allocation of individuals to upcoming projects based on required skills, capability and industry experience.
We’re seeking an extraordinary person to join our Consulting Resource Management Team. You’ll join a national team of experienced Resource Managers and Consultants. You’ll work collaboratively to achieve the best results for your stakeholders, our people and our clients.
Your Opportunity
As a Resourcing Lead, you’ll develop and execute effective resourcing process and strategies in collaboration with your Service Group Leadership team. Your role will see you:
- Providing resourcing options to business stakeholders considering different leverage models, including our offshore team.
- Understanding and communicating resourcing capacity and maximising resource efficiency.
- Providing visibility, insights and recommendations about resourcing to inform business decisions.
- Identifying and resolving conflicts by negotiating resolutions with engagement managers and or reallocating existing resources.
- Facilitating career development and growth for our people.
- Ensuring forecast accuracy and identifying process improvements.
- Representing Resource Management and being an ambassador for the Resource Management function.
- Facilitating resource mobilisation – tracking redeployments.
- Supporting the Consulting Workforce Lead with firm wide projects.
- Building a comprehensive knowledge of Divisional skillsets and the career and development needs of resources to incorporate into project allocation decisions.
