KPMG Lakehouse boasts 800 single king bed sleeping rooms, over 100,000 square feet of multi-purpose meeting space, along with 4 unique food and beverage venues including a 500 seat three meal venue that features 8 diverse culinary experiences.

The Culinary Supervisor candidates should possess the ability to perform all advanced cooking techniques including preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying, and broiling. This position will be required to provide direct supervision and leadership in all areas of the Kitchen. In addition, this role will be required to have an understanding of department finances, and will assist in managing the departmental payroll process.

Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years sushi experience in similar high volume setting
- A true desire to deliver exceptional service and product to enhance the facility's participant dining experience
- Proven experience in creatively identifying ways to motivate and lead culinary team members
- Ability to professionally communicate with facility participants and colleagues
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time throughout work shift
