KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director to join our Workforce Innovation team within the Talent and Culture organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead initiatives within the strategic solutioning portfolio from discovery and design through to implementation including providing leadership and guidance to project teams
- Manage budget for portfolio and team; ensure project goals align with overall business objectives and project implementations meet business outcomes
- Identify and leverage data, research, and insights to enhance solutioning opportunities
- Drive alignment on vision through clear communication and direction on identified Talent and Culture or business challenges, in-scope activities, and best practice approaches for solutioning
- Consult with internal clients (business) to model future states, develop, and create innovation strategies in support of business transformation efforts
- Develop project plans and lead change management activities including stakeholder analysis, communication planning, and training development to ensure successful adoption of new solutions
Qualifications:
- Minimum eight years of recent experience in developing solutions either internal to the firm or external to clients, particularly focused on enterprise-wide implementation (preferably including strategic planning and/or organizational design type initiatives related to the future of work); minimum eight years of change management experience, specifically executing multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience, preferably in Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, Human Resource Management, or Business Administration
- Ability to take calculated risks, analyze data, re-prioritize, and make trade-offs while staying focused on the critical priorities; proven track record of success delivering services in a collaborative, complex and ambiguous environment
- Able to manage diverse stakeholders through building consensus on agendas and developing effective solutions; capable to embrace diverse viewpoints and create an inclusive and creative environment, while keeping stakeholders engaged
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, including experience needed to build presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint or similar tools; data querying and analytical skills, including experience needed to analyze data in Microsoft Excel or similar tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to clearly translate vision and strategy into explicit plans and action, voice concerns and ask difficult questions in a thoughtful and respectful manner
